Wow! I feel like Module 2 was so very productive. It is a little strange working "backward by design" discussing evaluating and assessing using rubrics, etc. that have not been created yet but it definitely makes sense. I can't believe how much our fantastic group accomplished on Tuesday. I feel like all of the pieces are coming together nicely and our group is working out very well. I originally felt that having two separate grade levels (1st and 3rd) would prove to be a challenge but it has really brought out some interesting ideas and opportunities for our students for the upcoming PBL Unit.
I am excited to see what is coming next and to continue making progress on our unit plan!

Module 1 Reflection
Module 1 in E3 provided time for me to explore Delicious (again...it's been a while!). I also opened a blog (hip hip hooray!) and joined a Wiki. A few firsts tonight, that is exciting. I already learned a lot.
The time also allowed my group time to brainstorm ideas for our PBL. We have thought about starting with Social Studies Standards (Economics or World History). We already have some great ideas!
